FOR ME TO LIVE IS CHRIST

For me to live, is Christ;
But for me to die is gain.
To be forever with the Lord,
Free from all care and pain.
Absent in the body
But present with the Lord;
To sing his endless praises
Due homage to him accord.
My times I leave within God's hands,
His will for me is best;
I'll gladly serve him 'till I'm called
To my eternal rest.
