IN EVERYTHING GIVE THANKS

Lord, when I am discouraged,
Because I feel so old and tired,
Remind me of Your promise
To be ever by my side.

Lord, when I open up Your Word
And find it hard to meditate,
Please quell my fears, calm my mind
And help me concentrate.

Lord when I can no longer serve
In the old familiar ways,
Open to me new avenues,
And fill my life with praise.

Lord, I know whilst I continue
In this earth below to live,
You will still work miracles
With what little I have to give.
