Just outside my window,
Grows a magnificent flowering tree
Which sprouts buds of deep blood red.
When the flowers open, a miracle I see;
The petals are all as white as snow,
A symbol of purity,
God has written in his Word,
So all men may come to know;
"Although your sins be as scarlet,
They shall be as white as snow;
Although they be red as crimson,
Because you have turned from me,
They shall be as white as wool.
Because Jesus died for thee."
You need to accept Jesus' sacrifice
With a broken and contrite heart;
Enthrone him as Lord and Saviour,
And invite him into your heart.
